A strong, semi-dark, bottom-fermented beer, inspired by the traditional German Bock beer style. The taste profile is made up of a full malt body and a subtle hop bitterness, which has a rather complementary character. Beer is traditionally tapped on the 1st Sunday of Advent.
The beer is unfiltered and unpasteurized.
