Chef René Vokurka
A weather-beaten professional who learned his craft in fine restaurants in Argentina, England, Spain and Italy. After his return, he settled and started a family in Liberec, and for 15 years he managed the kitchen of the chain of Italian restaurants Pizza Coloseum. In 2016, he joined a new project as executive chef at the Gallery 44 restaurant in the center of Prague. He traveled all over the world looking for talented chefs, often from Michelin-starred restaurants. With them, he prepared their "Signature menu", which he then cooked with his team for the guests of this restaurant. During the Covid 19 pandemic, he turned the occasional cooperation with Pivovar Falkeštejn into a permanent one. René has been managing the brewery's kitchen and restaurant since 2020 as chief operating officer and creator of the Falkenštejn gastro concept.Motto: „Be keen on life and its taste!“
